REFUNDS

If you are not completely happy with your pieces then please email in explaining the issue (within 14 days of receiving) and I will do my best to sort it whether that is a refund (or exchange) or otherwise.

In order to accept a return, the piece must be returned unworn and in the condition it was received, with the original jewellery box and velvet lining.

Please package your order carefully to ensure protection in transit.

I sadly cannot accept returns from outside the UK.
