SHIPPING     

All gold plated and stainless steel pieces will be made and dispatched within 48 hours of the purchase date. They will then be shipped using Royal Mail 48hr tracking service for the UK. 

 

925 Sterling Silver orders will be made and dispatched within 2 weeks as these are custom hand cast and polished. These will then be shipped using the Royal Mail 48 hr Tracked service.

 

*The SS belly chain and bracelet are exceptions for this and will be sent within 48 hrs of purchase date* 

 

UK - FREE SHIPPING (no minimum). Orders are sent using Royal Mail ‘Tracked 48 hr’

EUROPE - FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £70. Orders are sent using Royal Mail ‘International Tracked’.

USA + INTERNATIONAL - FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER £70. Orders are sent using Royal Mail ‘International Tracked’ service - 7 - 10 working days.

 

RETURNS

We hope you love your CONCEPT F-8 pieces but if for some reason you are not completely happy with them then please get in contact explaining the issue (within 14 days of receiving it).

 

We will provide you with a shipping label to send it back to the studio and you will receive a full refund or exchange if applicable.

 

In order to accept a return, the piece must be unworn and in the condition it was received, with the original jewellery box and velvet pouch.

 

Please package your order carefully to ensure protection in transit.

SUSTAINABILITY

All pieces are made to order, therefore producing minimal waste.

 

All pieces are made of 18k gold plated stainless steel, meaning that they are eventually recyclable, making them even better for the planet. The packaging is also eco, with recycled tissue paper and velvet filled cardboard jewellery boxes. This means the jewellery boxes will look chic on any display and protect your jewellery, whilst being easy to recycle in the future.
